Harassment, discrimination, misuse of personal data, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the platform.
4. Connections, Substitutes & Arrangements
Any arrangements made between members — including substitute teaching, lesson cover, collaborations, or informal agreements — are entirely private and independent.
Music Teachers Collective:
- Does not vet, verify, or endorse individual members
- Is not responsible for lessons, payments, cancellations, safeguarding, or disputes
- Does not guarantee availability, suitability, or outcomes
Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making decisions that align with their professional and legal obligations.
5. Safeguarding & Responsibility
Members are solely responsible for ensuring that they:
- Comply with local safeguarding, child protection, and insurance requirements
- Hold any required qualifications, certifications, or clearances
- Act in accordance with the laws and professional standards applicable in their region
Music Teachers Collective does not monitor or enforce individual compliance.
6. Content & Resources
- Members may share resources, ideas, and experiences within the community.
- You retain ownership of any content you contribute.
- By posting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive right to display it within the community.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of shared content and accept no liability for its use.
7. Privacy & Data
Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, stored, and used.
